Would love a toolbox murders uncut blu, it was a shame lions gate did not branch them to the dvd release, those scenes were quite brutal, elevating the film in my opinion, coffin baby was bad, very bad, not sure what the differences will be here, but will not be re-visiting that one.
Rock Shock Pop reviews From a Whisper to a Scream: http://www.rockshockpop.com/forums/content.php?4992-From-A-Whisper-To-A-Scream Waiting for mine to ship. It's backordered at Deep Discount. I grabbed it with their last 15% off coupon over this past weekend.
Yeah, but like I said, that imagery and title made me want to see the film without knowing one thing as to what it was about. Granted, I was much younger then with a wilder imagination. Anyone notice ALL the discount houses have it back-ordered, and that their website designs are almost exactly the same? (I usually deal with Amazon, and rarely go from Deep Discount, Blowitoutahere, ImportCDs, etc to do price comparisons). You start to think they're all just different arms of the same distribution house.
I believe they are. Also DVDPlanet, DVD Pacific, Sears, and KMart all come from the same place. I believe the company that fulfills all these sites is called AEC Movies.
Fuck it. Pulled the trigger on From a Whisper to a Scream at Amazon. It's only a couple bucks more than DD (and I'll probably spend twice the price difference on lunch in a few minutes) and it'll be here by tomorrow.

This is for me one of those dream releases you don't think will ever happen. I'm serious. I know it's not a good film but it is so campy and brings back such amazing memories of seeing it for the first time… Well done, Shout!
didn't they say back when they released The Howling that they had no plans to release this one since the Scream Factory heads just didn't like the movie? I'm pretty shocked at what a great release this looks like. Cannot wait!
Yea they didn't think it would sell well so they weren't interested back then. Glad they changed their minds It'd be nice to see a Toll & Troll 2 combo from them with Best Worst Movie included.
I heard she had no idea that was going to be included in the end credits. She may have been upset about it, but myself and many others have found it to be both erotic and hilarious.
Seems like that happens often with Shout. Four years ago Cliff responded back me saying Slumber Party Massacre wouldn't look appreciably better in HD so there wouldn't be a BD. Couple years later he must of changed his mind. I thought the SLEEPAWAY CAMP sequels were poo-poo'd do to lack of interest as well.
Haha, never knew that. Too bad it's one of the highlights of the movie  I was bumed out the sequels didn't get included like on the DVD set. I know it was a cost thing but I'm not going to want to buy them all seperatly on blu when I have all three in a DVD set already. I'm sure other titles will show up in the future that were said to be a no go.
