Maybe in Ontario but sadly not in Montreal.
In Mtl the only place is HMV and Archambault.

At Best Buy the only BR i saw was Halloween II & III.
Futurshop: Nothing. But i've brought at futurshop.ca They Live for 17$. Sadly it came without the slipcover.
Target: forget it. Worse place. No choice at all.
Archambault is a nice place but they are way too expensive. Nothing under 30$.
So the last choice is HMV. HMV Megastore (downtown) is the best place.
You can find them between 19.99$ (like the Burning a few month ago, now it 22$) to 25$ (like From Beyond).

I LOVE this movie. It's so mean and weird. I have a great love for movies like this I discovered on cable back in the 80s. MUST HAVE.

Does Fox license films to Shout? I really want them to release the Omen films on blu-ray with new extras and better packaging and also Omen 4. Although 2016 may see a new edition of the original Omen for its 40th anniversary.

Omen blu rays are great and have great special features, there is no need to include the horrible tv movie (Part IV) its embarrassingly bad.

I liked the characters. Actually, first viewing I was like 'meh', but by this point, I think it's a classic slasher, even if there aren't all that many killings. :(

Would this be on par with the likes of JUST BEFORE DAWN?

The film picks up in the 2nd half, on the whole though its not very well made bar a few scenes. Not a patch on the best or even 2nd tier slashers for me.

Not even close to being on par with Just Before Dawn. A lesser slasher IMO.

    That is pretty cool.

Regarding The Final Terror, am I the only one who thinks there are similarities to that episode of The Simpsons where Bart and Lisa wander off from the tour and encounter a mountain man and his she-bear?

(Sorry about the piss poor quality - only complete clip I could find) :)

Well, I like it for its atmosphere. And there are some effective scenes where the kills should be. Plus it's a classic from the golden age with Rachel Ward, Adrian Zmed and Daryl Hannah. Depends where you draw the line in your collection.

It sounds like it's at least worth a watch. Sometimes I'm a sucker for atmospheric movies so I might even like it. I think I'll check it out on YouTube like Thing suggested. :)
