It looks like they're re-releasing GRAVEYARD SHIFT (a.k.a. CENTRAL PARK DRIFTER) and PLANKTON (a.k.a. CREATURES FROM THE ABYSS) Hmmmm...............:nervous:
Awesome! Also out on that day DEMONS 3: THE OGRE!!
Awesome news. Can't wait. Hopefully it's a good disc.
Oh yeah, this my number one Shriek Show release that I've been waiting oh so patiently to hear. Hopefully by August any kinks or problems that could arise during the finalizing of this DVD will be worked out. Can't wait. :eek1:
 Have to add that to my list.
God I hope this turns out to be the "ULTIMATE and DEFINITIVE" version.
That fucking rules dude!
$20 says they try to put it in 1.85!

I love this movie!
i've got the region4 disc.. only has a behind the scenes feature and a bio, what else could they put in tho?? from what i've read none of the alternate scenes were ever filmed and im fairly sure that the version i have is uncut??
actually... a nice commentary would be good
I can't wait, I desperately want to replace my Anchor Bay disc, I swear, that things quality is no better than one of those Diamond discs.
What is so bad about the AB disc? The DD soundtrack is pretty nice IMO. The picture certainly isn't reference quality, but it ain't THAT bad!
What are the planned extras for this Shriek Show disc?
Rhett - search through the threads. I had an "interesting" conversation with an individual on the forum concerning the quality of the disc, which I said wasn't that bad.
I remember that. Spectre was a good dude though, I know him from another board. I agree that the transfer isn't all that bad though.
I hope Shriek Show can find enough material to fill up a SE 2 disk set. This is considered one of Fulci's big 3 (Zombie-wise) and since Shriek Show has the rights to it they should at least try and match Anchor Bay's The Beyond DVD. A soundtrack CD would be a nice bonus as well as maybe some old interviews from the cast and Fulci himself.
The Zombie graphic novel adaptation has the soundtrack included with it, as does The Beyond adaptation. I can't remember the company that makes them. Anyone?
I'm not holding my breath for the release date, but am looking foward to the disk. It'd be cool if they had a commentary track with Dardano, Gianatto, Frizzi, and some other members of the crew.
