Gotta love the Trump pussy shirt and comment in his Facebook profile. LOL Tracy literally gives the impression that he has about 100 brain cells left in his head.
Man... Scam artist, racist, Trump supporter. This must have been the kind of person Hillary was referring to when she said that thing about the 'basket of deplorables'. (Obviously, I am not putting everyone who voted for Trump in that basket, as there are some cool people on this forum who I gather voted for Trump - I just find the whole Rocktober Blood Blu-ray fiasco entertainingly cringeworthy)
Did anyone ever pick up the cheap DVD? I'm sure it's a DVD-R and the same VHS transfer, but just curious (specs, pressed or burned, etc).
Does anyone know the runtime on the BD-R? Apparently there's a 100 minute Director's Cut floating around, and I assume it's sourced from this BD-R? I only have a VHS rip that I believe came from the Vestron VHS, and that runs 87 mins. The DVD version currently listed for sale on Amazon is also listed at 87 minutes. So apparently there's 13 minutes of Rocktober Blood out there that I've never seen!
The film runs 1:27:35, but there's an interview with the Sebastians tacked on at the end of the film. My guess is that interview is what is accounting for the extra runtime.
That's exactly what it was. 1:27:35 followed by "A Visit With Ferd & Beverly Sebastian". Ferd said he withheld these movies from release for over 20 years because there's sex and dirty language in them, and Jesus wouldn't be proud. But Jesus spoke to him and gave him permission to finally release the films, as long as he put his "testimony" at the end of every film. So, um, thanks Jesus? Total runtime is 1:40:25, but it's just a black screen after 1:38:42. Bummer, I was all excited for some more Rocktober Blood.
For anyone interested in seeing this 'shudder' have included on their site. I watched it tonight, didn't think much of it to be honest, got to say the print is rough I believe it's the same one that they used for those 50 dollar Blu rays, man I'd be pissed!!
