That still alone has peaked my curiosity!
So, looking for BENEATH on Netflix, is this the 2007 one?
^ I believe 2007.
5 more (this time all post-2000):
That's the cool thing about this thread - seeing a screengrab and thinking "I need to see that movie." This one is indeed the 2007 one titled Beneath.
4. Dead End (2003). Ray Wise and Lin Shaye....great movie
4 to go. The rest are all 2006 - 2012 to narrow it down further.
...not super sure about my answers, but here are some shots in the dark:
#1 "The Hills Run Red?"
#2 "The Loved Ones?"
#5 "Shallow Ground?"
The Hills Run Red and The Loved Ones are both correct.
Shallow Ground is not.
Thanks! Yes, this is my favorite ongoing thread. I rarely get one right but it's really a lot of fun and I've put a few in my Netflix queue just based on a single image.
3 - Scream 4?
5 is killing me, I just saw it but can't place it. Errrrr!
Scream 4 is incorrect.
Although m@ggot's guess of Shallow Ground for 5 is a pretty good guess, since that's definitely a naked man covered in blood.
Here are two different screengrabs from the same movies (3 and 5, respectively):
#3 All the Boys Love Mandy Lane ???
Correct. Which leaves only #5. Made after 2010.
Both pics are from the same movie:
Nope. But released by the same company.
Digging Up the Marrow? (I have huge doubts this is right, but it's the only other AB title I see I've watched recently from my collection, and the library usually doesn't carry their stuff, so doubtful it was from there).
Second screen makes it worse, I've seen this within the last few months!
2012 is the year given on IMDB. Limited theatrical and blu-ray / DVD release in 2013.
Collection? Oh wait, not AB. Dang good guess though.
So let's start with the 2012 AB titles it could be then:
Girls Against Boys?
Nope, although it does share an actor with The Collection.
It also shares a specific post-production duty with The Collector, but if I said what it was you'd be able to pull it up right away on IMDB.
I think my year search on dvdprofiler led me astray. Now that I try 2013, I see Hatchet 3 on the list, which has Gulager's wife in it (also in Collection) and it looked like Hatchet from the get-go butthe years weren't lining up.
It has to be Hatchet 3! Last guess!
