I wish they would put these TV spots on the WITHOUT WARNING disc - I love their slightly different variation from the normal theatrical trailer. I'd hate for them to disappear from Youtube.

There are programs where you can actually download them off of there. I use WinX YouTube Downloader (freeware), and it's always worked when I've tried it. I don't download a lot, but if there are some rare Deleted Scenes or something like that I grab 'em while they're still available. There are other programs out there also that do the same job.

I need to give Without Warning another chance. Haven't seen it since the mid 90:s.
I just didn't like, that the alien looked like something from a cheesy 50:s movie, instead of something really scary.

Now when I know what to expect, I might enjoy it more.

I felt the same way, but I recently gave it a second chance and enjoyed it more. I’ll all onboard the Kino rerelease train!

I don't remember liking it either. It's been a while since I've seen it but outside of what you've already said I also just found it slow and boring.

I remember seeing the trailer for Without Warning on TV a bunch when it came out, but I don't think I've ever actually watched the movie. For some reason that disc-flinging alien just didn't draw me in.

Without Warning is OK. I'm glad I saw it, pretty standard 80s cheese.....but not a flick I'll ever revisit. Actually sold the Scream factory blu ray for like 60 bucks on ebay recently.

Yup, those things seem overly predominant, and that was something that turned me off initially. Upon revisit they're kinda gory little suckers, and the movie overall was better second time around. Fun nostalgia.

$60 used? Jeez folks are silly. I was watching them for a while on eBay considering getting a copy, but as soon as i caught wind Kino was rereleasing I held back. I saw a brand new/sealed copy go for $40 about a couple of months ago so the draw has lessened.

Where does Kino ship from? In the last 6 hrs of tracking the shipping via UPS it went from Massachusetts to Kentucky to Ohio. And they keep overwriting this information whenever I check and not giving me a trail to follow from.

It's always in the shipment email:

I've never really had any shipping problems with Kino, and I've probably placed 40 orders (or more) over the years. I have a 2nd order from the sale currently in transit, but it only shows a Nashville, TN scan thus far.

    I d
I’m not worried about not receiving it. I’m just confused by what UPS is telling me. First its really close by and then it’s still below the mason dixon line. Tracking through the post office is a lot more straight forward.

Wolf Lake is quite good... Rod Steiger's performance was award worthy.

Cool - I'm looking forward to it. I got the VHS a while back, never watched it and then the Blu came out. Sold off the VHS for about $20 and here we are!

I had put off watching Phobia for years because all the reviews talk about how boring it is, but I finally watched it when the blu-ray was released and loved it. Great little Canuxploitation gem. Shame it wasn't in print very long, but definitely worth picking up if anyone here is on the fence.
