Picking a film that everyone will enjoy is certainly a tough task. Picking one that fewer have seen is even tougher. I'm confident I've made a wise choice. I've only just recently aquired this film, and as such, have yet to watch it. From what I understand it is a total mindf*ck of a horror film, much more akin to David Lynch or Roman Polankski as opposed to Argento or Romero. I hope a lot of you will discover this film along with me and for those that have seen it before I hope you will enjoy the ensightful discussion I hope this film will bring.

Well the revised plan was to go Monday to Monday but I guess this is close enough. The other picks will remain open for people to chime in when they are ready.

Good Pick BroodingHope another film that I have been craving to revisit.

Ooops, sorry. I didn't participate in last weeks film so I wasn't aware of the change.

You don't have to watch every film listed or even by that week's end but no problem i'll take you off if you like.

  8. You should stick around. The only real benefit to being on the list is that you get a turn to pick the movie, so even if you can't watch too many of the other ones, why not stay on the list and get at least one week where you can be sure you can participate? Don't go Mok!

No, it's cool. I'll still try to see those films already picked at some point though, and I'll go back and comment on them when I do.

I've never seen this one, but I do like Bergman. I think I do remember seeing a copy of it at the local library at one point though. Hopefully they still have it.

Yeah same here, the only time I saw it was when I borrowed it from the library a couple of years ago. I called and checked and they didn't have it anymore. Oh well I'll just rent it from zip.

Hey Ash, forgive my ignorance...but I was just curious, what's zip? Is that like Canada's equivilent of netflix? Just wondering. If it's in my mailbox when I get home I'll be watching it tonight!
