Please don't turn this into a fucking soap opera, like every other horror show today.
And spare us from a billion subplots, that are only there to keep the show going for 12 seasons, and ends up going in circles.
Keep it simple, and focus on the horror.
HBO is usually pretty fucking solid, so I'm hopeful.
That's what I'm thinking as well.
It's funny, I've been waiting for a serious Hellraiser movie for a long time now. The last bunch of them were obviously made just to keep the rights and the quality and direction of a lot of them shows. Now we're getting both a movie and tv show. That's pretty cool. Now I'm just hopeful both are good.
One of these projects has to be good.
With HBO, the stuff I watch seems to fall apart the longer they continue it. At least with Westworld. The first season was great. But now, I'm ready for the show to be over. And the numbers show that people aren't watching it as much either.
I believe it will be the same here. It may be good for a series or 2, but any more I think it will get boring.
Walking Dead for me is a prime example. I watched the first series and though it was OK, I gave up halfway though the second series it just got boring. What are they on now 9th series!!!! Fuck that shit.
Walking Dead was pretty boring though and felt like it was making little to no progression. Westworld on the other hand is great. I've enjoyed the first 2 seasons and and looking forward to bingeing the third.
HBO, could be good. At least it won't be cheap looking. I would assume the content will have plenty of T&A.

I'm pretty sure that poster is fan made. Seen it on facebook and a lot there are claiming it is.
Third season of Westworld was pretty bad. I think I posted about it somewhere around here. It started off ok for an episode or two. But at the end I felt like they were out of ideas or at least good ideas. And it was far away from that great first season. I wouldn't be surprised if Season 4 is the final one. Season 2 showed that they were trying to be a bit too clever.
Your image isn't coming up.
Shows fine for me in 3 different browsers.
I actually enjoyed Westworld season 3 a lot. I like that it had a different flavor to it and stuck to a more linear story this time around. It still had some cool surprises I thought.
Working now. Who knows why.
At the end of Season 3, I really didn't care about what might happen next. It felt like one of those, one of these things is not like the others. And when they have scenes straight out of Terminator, to me they are just about out of ideas. The best thing was the who is which host. But then even the reveal was a bit lame because the character wasn't that smart in the end.
There was a pretty Australian actress in Season 3 as well. But she was just a side character and completely disappeared after the third episode or so when another character's storyline ended. And we were left with the uninteresting side characters doing GTA missions.
