What's your favorite film based on the topic of Snuff. (basing this on the definition of killing for profit)

Not sure how I forgot about that:) Maybe because I haven't seen it. It doesn't allow me to edit polls, but you can make the adjustment if you like.

Well, it's one of a kind, that's for sure. The ending gets it its notoriety, but the rest of it was clearly piggybacked by Tarantino for his KILL BILL$. It is one of those rare movies, like TARGETS and PHANTASM OBLIVION, that make an intriguing use of footage previously filmed. That and it has a cult leader named "Satan". Subtle, guys...subtle.

    Emmanuelle in America.

Though Snuff looks so cool.........headbands and all and Lasy House is slimy as hell.

8MM..........man that film was a cop out.

Also special mention to the great....... HARDCORE!

Other: August Underground Mordum, the only snuff film that if someone gave you a unmarked VHS tape you might think its real.

Also went with Emanuelle in America, but Videodrome made that a tough decision.

Vacancy was truly a masterful horror film, but Videodrome gets my vote as well.

Special Effects with Eric Bogosian is pretty interesting.

I went Thesis. Haven't seen Snuff, but I do enjoy everything else on the list.
