Let me remind you of a little film called Hollywood Knights ... drop mic.
Would Ally Sheedy in Wargames count?
Ami Dolenz in She's Out of Control.
But I think that was another case of just putting glasses on a hot girl to make her a nerd. I did write to Ami like 20 years ago and she sent me a candid photo of her and her dad, and signed it for me.
Lindsay Lohan in Mean Girls.
I'll have to check that one out.
Not too shabby in John Landis' 'Into The Night' either.
THE DREAM MASTER really brought it. Sad that the black version never caught on--Sheila was cute and brainy and so kind to Debbie.
No. She wasn't a nerd in the slightest. She was pretty much a bimbo that loved to exercise and got lousy grades.
Would Ally Sheedy in Only the Lonely count?
One of my favorite movies. Yes, she definitely counts in that gem of a film.
It's funny looking at these pictures and finding what Hollywood (and audiences) thinks of as "nerdy." That girl from Neon Maniacs is gorgeous! But put her in a sideways cap and dumpy clothes and she's suddenly a nerd.
But I'll add to the list: Kimmie Robertson from "The Last American Virgin." She's cute in a quirky way but put her in glasses and pig tails and a nerd is born.
Kimmy Robertson in Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead > Kimmy Robertson in Last American Virgin.
Drew Barrymore as Josie Geller (Grosey) in Never Been Kissed.
Yep, had a crush on this one too. Lol.
Angelina Jolie in Hackers
Sandra Bullock in The Net
Wow, you never seen Hollywood Knights? It's in the same genre of Animal House and Porky's. But never gets the recognition it deserves imho. Very funny movie. Lot of familiar faces when they were younger.
Volare! .... Whoa Whoa Whoa....
PM me when you get around to seeing it.
Angelina Jolie in Hackers was going to be my 2nd pick. Actually the only time I found her sexy.
I found her to be sexy in Gia, but that's it.
"I watched a very provocative movie last week, called the Net..........it was with the girl from The Bus" ~Frank Costanza.
