    Thanks for the heads up! Just upgraded my VHS.

    I hope Gator Bait 2 and Running Cool drop this low. I don't own either of those on VHS.

    Looks like they're price matching Best Buy.

    Also, one of the comments on Amazon suggests that the DVD is edited. Can anyone verify?

    I've been waiting for a lower price, and $3.99 is just too good to pass up.

    I also hope the sequel and Running Cool will eventually go lower also.

    And where the hell is Rocktober Blood?!? That's what I really want!!

    I received it today from Amazon and it was a normal silver pressed DVD.

    Mine is definitely a DVD-R as well. :mad:

    At this moment the price has dropped to $3.99 on amazon with free Prime shipping. Not sure I'll re-order just to get a silver-pressed disc but 4 bucks isn't bad.

    Nope, I'm dead serious. I was very surprised also.

    The coverart also looks professionally printed... not just some cheaper inkjet printout or something. It did arrive factory sealed too.

    I got mine on Friday, but I haven't opened it yet. I usually don't open DVDs until I watch them. It does say DVD on the back of the case though.

    Whenever I do get around to watching it, I'll post whether it's a DVD or DVD-R.

    I love the rampant capitalization that's going on in that synopsis. I checked my copies of this and part II last night, and both are definitely DVD-R.

    Just opened mine up, and it's definitely a legit DVD, not a DVD-R! :banana:

    The back of the case is completely identical to the scan above. Kat's also right that the cover art does look professionally printed. It does look a bit brighter and sharper than the scan, but that's probably just because it's a scan.

    I'll have to pick up Gator Bait II and Running Cool now, as the DVD-R thing was kind of what held me back in the first place.
