    some best buys have put these out early for 109.99 my store has six copies but they didnt put them out yet until 10/26 they're in the back also walmart stores is supposed to have this priced at 99.96

    Yeah, I've had it on pre-order since the beginning from Amazon. Screw Best Buy and Wal-Mart. The less I have to deal with those two shitty stores, all the better! :)

    I pre-ordered from Amazon the day it came available so I'm set.

    What's with all the hate for Best Buy? I go there every Tuesday. They often have great sale prices. Sure, the selection of niche titles isn't as great as I would like, but what "brick n' motar" chain is better? My options in the Mid-West are limited.

    I pre-ordered the set from FoxConnect and I hope I don’t have to wait 3 weeks for the thing to get here…. you know…while everybody’s enjoying their set, I have to look out my front window impatiently watching the mailbox for days on end. I dunno, I am so use to Amazon Prime’s impeccable delivery on either the release date or day after, that I find waiting any longer isn’t worth it. Even if the product costs a few bucks less somewhere else…Amazon’s customer service and shipping is second to none as far as I’m concerned.

    Here's the thing I really don't get: FoxConnect still lists the Limited Edition Egg set for sale. Wasn't this supposed to be strictly limited to 5,000 and predicted to sell out quite fast? It seems unlikely that it would still be around for grabs months later. I mean...this is Alien after all! :eek2:

    Edit: The regular version of the set is down to $89.99 on Amazon now.

    thats why I cancelled my order from england where play STILL has the egg for sale, I ordered it more expensivly through the norwegian film club I am a member of.........according to them there will only be 150 eggs in Norway......sounds like a VERY small amount but who knows? didn't want to risk the email from PLAY saying "gosh sorry we can't deliver it anyway"


    a question is there a new Sigourney Weaver commentary on each film , I seem to remember reading that a while back?

    Got my limited edition set delivered this morning. I was a bit disappointed with the egg as it feels a bit cheap considering it's over £50 more than the standard edition. Just gonna go and check the discs out now.
