The Psychic because it's one of Fulci's best.

I voted for Zeder (under it's ill-advised Revenge of the Dead moniker). The Lightning Video release led to many bashings from people who didn't get what they expected from viewing the box. Too bad for them. Anyway, brilliant film.

The Toxic Avenger. That Lightning Video VHS is pretty much what corrupted my brain back in Grade 5 and I've been hooked on horror/cult ever since! And when that video store was getting rid of a lot of those VHS about 6 or 7 years ago, I went back and picked up that same copy, and I still have it to this day, the R-rated Lightning Video version that actually includes a few scenes that aren't even in the uncut version, they aren't gore scenes, but a few of the deleted scenes that you can find on the DVD. I also have the Lightning Video Toxic Avenger poster.

Lots of fun stuff to choose from, and I've only seen about half of these. It came down to The Toxic Anger, Chopping Mall, and my choice: Street Trash

I also have to mention that these 80s video label polls are a lot of fun, I'm looking forward to seeing others.

Thank you! I hear that film get slagged on all the time, and I loved it. Granted, only seen it once, but it's on my to-buy list.

I've been a fan of Chopping Mall since seeing the box on a shelf at the video store in the 80's as well as seeing it on HBO way back when.

Never seen Frozen Terror though. That looks like a fun viewing.

I just love those 80's vhs boxes! :D My absolute favorite is Alligator. A close second would be Devil Dog: The Hound of Hell.

I love looking at these video covers. They were creative back then. DVD covers hardly get it right. My fave is the very fun Chopping Mall. Keep 'em coming, Helly!

I admit I haven't seen all of these but I went with Necropolis. I bought it based on the box a few years ago when Hastings was selling off its tapes. Strange movie, I have to say I'm still kinda fuzzy on the plot. But what enticing artwork! Chopping Mall is defiantly a better movie, but I never saw the Lightning video version just the dvd that I think lionsgate did.

Another great label from the 80's. I have Shriek of the Mutilated (anybody want popcorn?) and The Sea Serpent which is hilarious and directed by Amando de Ossorio. I also have When The Screaming stops (Lorely's Grasp) from Ossorio.
