Famous horror films you have not seen

Never seen any of the Saw or Paranormal Activity films and I am not too fussed.

Repulsion (1965) - I really can't explain why I haven't watched this yet. I always wanted too.
Severance (2006) - Not "famous" but praised much.
Dead Snow (2009) - same.
Battle Royale (2000) - Not even sure if this is horror.
Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky (1991) - same.
A Serbian Film (2010) - most infamous I guess.

Rosemary's Baby off the top of my head, but I got the Blu so it's on the agenda.

Repulsion is great!

I wouldn't call BR a horror, I thought it was a very average gimmicky action film.

I still haven't seen a lot of the old Universal monster movies.... except for Dracula and the first two Frankensteins.

Friday the 13th (I've only seen some of Pt.4)
Hellraiser
The Howling
House
Children of the Corn
The Burning
Silent Night, Deadly Night (seen 4 and 5)
Saw
Paranormal Activity
28 Days Later
[REC]
World War Z
Pontypool
Walking Dead

Since you mentioned it:
Severance (2006)
A Serbian Film (2010) I want to see it uncut, there's no good HD way to do that.

Maybe this should go under unpopular opinion but I found Repulsion to be truly terrible. Like, "why isn't this on MST3K?" terrible. I dig B&W 60's thrillers and all, but that was terrible.

X-Human if you want to see Serbian Film uncut I highly recommend getting the dvd...it still looks great and I think it's such a well made film. I'm not an expert on audio/video but I can't imagine a blu ray being a real giant leap for such a modern film.

I would imagine those that haven't seen the Universal films from the 30's and 40's are younger members. Back before home video all these titles played on Television and that is how we watched them.

I haven't seen A Serbian Film either, and I couldn't be less interested. I don't like movies that are gross just to be gross.

As for famous horror, I actually think I've done a pretty good job keeping up with them. The only other movies I haven't seen in this thread are Battle Royale and Riki-Oh, and that's because I find J-horror to be tedious.

Don't Look Now is one I haven't seen, but have always wanted to. Invasion Of The Body Snatches (78) is another I've never seen, even though I own the blu-ray. Looking through the big genre filmmaker's filmographies, I've never seen Romero's Martin or Cronenberg's The Brood.

There are probably some sequels / remakes I skipped, but those are just famous by association. I've seen Let The Right One In, but I never bothered with Let Me In. I've seen Henry: Portrait Of A Serial Killer, but I've never seen Henry 2 (even though I own it). I'm sure there's a Hellraiser sequel or two that I missed.

Hellraiser > 3
Any Howling, Candyman, or Children of the Corn sequel
