Yeah, the ending was good! Plus the film within the film was pretty cool too!

I saw Found last night, and it was great!
Most modern independent films sucks, but this is one of those rare ones that REALLY delivers the goods.
The cinematography was great, even though some of the darker scenes could have been better lit.
The movie moves at a very slow pace, but itīs kinda hypnotic, in a way that many 70:s classics like Phantasm was.
Some of the acting is mediocre, but the actors who played the brothers did a VERY good job.
Itīs very brutal, and not something that would have gone over well with MPAA
Canīt believe this only cost $8000 to make!

About "Headless", the short in the film was fun, but they better put some kind of story in the feature-lenght version.
Cause if itīs only non-stop gore for 90 minutes, and nothing else, it will get boring pretty damn fast.
Non-stop gore was fun when I was 13-15, but I kinda demand a bit more these days.
Most Independent gorefilms, especially like the German ones, bore me to death.
But weīll see what happens to "Headless".

Found is out today on iTunes and cable VOD. It is also playing a one week engagement at the Arena Cinema Hollywood. Looking forward to hearing what the forum thinks of this coming-of-age slasher, one of the best movies I saw on the festival circuit in 2013.

Found came out today on DVD. This region 1 disc is the only way to get the film uncut. Future releases in other regions will be censored. The UK will lose 4 seconds from the film's climax and Australia will lose 2 minutes from the film.

The US releases comes with an audio commentary by the director and author, the complete "Headless" short film, and the complete "Deep Dwellers" short film. It is currently only $12.74 on Amazon.

Excellent independent movie. Yes, it has flaws - disappointing acting, confusion over when it occurs, character motivation - but has some extraordinary moments and is actually moving at times. Quite sick but always true to itself.

Has anybody read the book on which it is based?

Found makes it’s world debut on the Blu-ray format in Germany this April, when Meteor Film releases the movie in its uncut form! Meteor Film is also releasing the film on DVD, with both formats containing the original English language track as well as a German-language dub. Special features include the 30-minute documentary, ‘The Making of Found,’ the Deep Dwellers short film, outtakes, and trailers.

Funny, I couldn't "find" this thread the other day when I had just watched Found from the library. Loved it so much I watched it again the next day. Any word if the BD will be region free?
I have to admit though, on the first viewing, that ending was about the funnest line ever. On second viewing, it lost a lot of impact waiting for it. Still an awesome flick and I'm fucking flabbergasted it only cost $8K to make. So funny that many can't do half this good with 8 million!

Just watched this. Its top shelf for me. The people that made this get it. Definitely getting on DVD and checking out Headless(with lowered expectations to be fair). Really great thanks Ash.
