The horribly publicized 2013 dusk till dawn horror festival in Coxsackie, NY.

Don't bother looking for an official website because it doesn't exist, but apparently this info has been lurking buried on a Facebook page since early June. The only reason I know about this is a friend of mine (fellow board member Captain Chaos) went to the dvddrive-in.com Monster-Rama drive-in marathon in PA last weekend. I went to last year's show in Coxsackie and had a blast and fortunately even though it is last minute it looks like I'll be going this year, too. It really does amaze me that nobody has tried to get the word out there for this one. Really unbelievable.

Speaking of horribly publicized events, Atlanta has a horror con, Twisted Fears, coming the end of this month. Their FB page only has like 400 likes.

If I still lived in Poughkeepsie, I'd totally go to that. It's only like 50-60 miles away.

Sad about the lack of publicity because that line up is one of the best I have seen.

I grew up in Hyde Park -- right next to Poughkeepsie.

Maybe the publicity was on the Poughkeepsie tapes? So no one ever saw it.
