Happy New Year Shawn. Are you a fan of Aja's remake? It was awesome IMO.

I skipped it at the theater, but when I bought it as soon as it hit DVD, I LOVED it. The kill that still gives me goosebumps is the chick that has her face eaten away as she crosses the rope. Just thinking about it now is making my skin crawl again.

See & for me it was either the parasailer girl or the girl whose hair gets caught in the prop of the motorboat.

Oh, shit, I forgot about that one! That one comes in a close second, for me, now that I think about it.

I hope the sequel outdoes the first one in terms of kills but I also hope they don't skimp on the storyline. An interesting plot could make or break a film, even a bad one.

This is a big budget film though, not an independent one.

You wouldn't know it by the way the studio isn't getting behind it.

Is this the official poster?

"From the Writer's & Director of Feast"?

If so, let's hope they give the film more of a once-over than the poster. Wow.

I actually dont mind the poster - but I am glad this is getting a theatrical release and I have hopes for it to be as fun and cheezy as the first one

The director of Feast is terrible. Did he not direct the horrible sequels while the first one was taken over by others?
