Must Buy Blu-ray Horror part 05 - Friday the 13th part 2 - Blu-Ray

With an easy victory, Friday the 13th part 2 - Blu-Ray gets the 4 votes in for the next Blu-ray on the list.

I'm going to make this thread about movies that are just "Must Buy" Blu-rays.

So let's pick some more Blu-ray Horror and the one that gets the first 4 votes will be placed next in the list. Or the Blu-Ray with the most votes by the end of 4 days, based on which comes first.

Must-Buy: 01. Child's Play - Blu-Ray
Must-Buy: 02. The Thing - Blu-Ray
Must-Buy: 03. The Shining - Blu-Ray
Must-Buy: 04. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Original) - Blu-Ray
Must-Buy: 05. Friday the 13th part 2 - Blu-Ray

So if you haven't picked up Friday the 13th part 2, I really suggest you look into adding it into your Blu-ray collection. If you've bought it, I'd love to read your comments on the disc. Image, sound. If you haven't, will you be buying it? And lastly select a movie you own on Blu-ray as a must have, the first movie with 4 votes will make the list.

Curse all of you for trying to make me buy Friday 2! It was even on sale at BB for $14.99 this week, and I just returned from there after returning something else (that shouldnt've been returnable anyway) and almost getting this with my store credit. The only reason I didn't is the inevitable BD boxset down the road.

I will wait, I will be strong, I will not double dip on another fucking format!

That's how I feel about The Thing, Dawn of the Dead, and Halloween on Blu. I have a feeling these will get re-released with all their extras, especially the latter two.

You might be waiting a looong time, they haven't even announced any Blu-rays past 3-D yet.

The Descent..just watched this the other night on Blu Ray. Looks great...worth the upgrade from standard DVD.
