Woohoo! So excited this is out. And I actually like that the second disc is made out to be a humorous joke, because it's probably lacking some finishing touches, so it makes sense. Sweet.

It is coming out July 26. One distributor decided to ship a limited number of copies 3+ weeks early but Navarre was made aware and told them to stop.

The 2nd disc is undoubtedly a middle finger to a lot of us, but it has its charms. Can't wait for this to arrive in the mail.

Watched this earlier, the director approved 4:3 version. The movie was better than I remembered it and definitely looked a lot better than my old, bootleg VHS tape. It's more or less like Rituals and God's Bloody Acre, there's some print damage but it's pretty nice nonetheless. This has been a long time coming and I'm glad that they were able to come through with this great edition, it's always nice to see an elusive title finally come out but here we get 3 copies! Also glad that the Scavolini interview was included even though there were no subtitles.

Dobby- that is so obviously NIGHTMARE that it hurts. Maybe you are not very familiar with the film.

Haven't watched it in a very long time. Only memory I have of it is some crazy dude flipping out. Decapitated head at the corner of the bed etc. I'll have to dig it out and rematch it it again. Mine doesn't look as good as these pix.

I'm also VERY happy that Code Red has included both a fullscreen 4:3 and a widescreen 1.78:1 version. Can't wait to see how the latter looks.

I'm on a tight budget this year, but I will make positive that I obtain Humongous, Nightmare and Murder Obsession before New Years. Haha. There hasn't been such a big year for slashers on DVD in at least 6-7 years.

*On a side note, I'm glad I took Italian 101/102 this year so that I can hopefully loosely grasp the Scavolini interview.
