Two kids buy it within the first two minutes of "Rattlers", courtesy of the title characters.

Kid gets shot and most likely killed in Dead Birds (2004).

That Howard the Duck looking jerkoff needed to be killed several times over and it didn't happen...I was pissed.

I'd love to see this in original language, hopefully that can be a trend in re-issues of Italian classics. I always hated that about Anchor Bay not giving us that opition.
Then what about when English leads are dubbed into Italian? It can be a slippery slope. Thats what I like about dual language releases.

I'm a weirdo- killing kids by the dozen doesn't bother me. They're hurting the planet. Overpopulation, you know. But if you kill just one animal onscreen, I'll lead a petition against your stinking movie, you heartless bastard.

Your not alone . Plus we need to keep in mind kids killed in film know its fake and face a lot less strain than say if a animal not properly trained would. That and for some reason a dog being killed just bothers me more than if a kid was. I think its just the fact that the latter during certain times of film history may not have been fake. Contrast that to Ronny Yu and Robert E. talking about how the little girl in FvJ was on set (relaxed, listening to her music and knowing it was not real).

Don't Torture a Duckling

I don't know what's up with this whole animal thing. If it's fake then it's fake, no harm done. I laughed out loud in "Planet Terror" when
Spoiler:
the dog got crushed under the truck.

I figure if killing a child can actually scare me, go for it. I so rarely get the good old visceral scare that I don't care what they do to achieve it.

It just bothers me. I guess though, when it's supposed to be funny, then it's okay. It still bothers me.

But- I did tell you I was a weirdo. That's like, my excuse.

More exploitation then horror but Hobo with a Shotgun has a crazy scene where many kids die.
