No there is not. Do something about it would you!

For what it's worth, the Alpha and Diamond DVD's are the identical print.

I'd give up a nipple for a legit release with the original artwork. While this was a low budget affair the movie is kinda cool IMO. So am I to understand Cannon films no longer owns the rights to this? Times like this I hate with a passion public domain crap.

That's some sweet poster! I almost forgot that MGM owns the Cannon library, so hopefully we can get a remastered DVD through them through thier MOD line.

Possibly not, since it's a very early Cannon distributed release. Even Warner owns the release rights for some of the very late Cannon films.

This is easily the most underrated horror film ever! I'd go so far as to call this the hidden crown jewel of horror films. I have watched this hundreds of times I absolutely love it a masterpiece!!!

That poster is indeed awesome, Dobby! SNBN is one of those neglected obscurities where you sense an atmospheric little horror movie trying to make its way through the grainy, damaged print and the muffled sound. I would love to see an official release.

On a related note, has anyone heard anything about the remake?

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2210983/

It sure has my attention!

Code Red have (unexpectedly) just released the film on a double feature DVD with Invasion of the Blood Farmers.

Hopefully this will get a decent transfer this time around!

I ordered it, so should have it soon.

I'll try to post a review then... although I pretty much suck at writing those up!

Well, well, well. 6 years after how I thought Code Red should release it, they finally do.

It only took 6 years, but I'll be happy as long as it has an improved transfer!

I can't believe they didn't give the release top billing over Invasion of the Blood Farmers though. This is a far more popular and well-known film.

Maybe it's because Invasion of the Blood Farmers get some extra? I did my order too yesterday when it appear in the store, but since you'll get it before me I can't wait to see at least some captures (I've the film via the Chilling Classics Set and the quality is nothing to write home about).

Haha, yeah. Kind of like when Scorpion released The Devil's Men with Terror as the smaller cover half, instead of the other way around. I know TDM was uncut, but still, I just sort of chuckled to myself.

Like having Berserker released with Curtains in place of Terror/SNBN. Now that'd be hilarious.

I'm going to be picking up SNBN with Evilspeak sometime soon. This is great news! Yay Code Red.
