I figured the insert was missing. No biggie though.

It probably is the 2006 repressing. I think the 2002 copyright on the case just threw me for a loop.

Is this out of print? It's out of stock on Amazon, and the used prices have jumped considerably.

Looks like I got mine in the nick of time...
