Wow. This is great news. When I asked Code Red about Sole Survivor last year they said some company picked up the rights but didn't say who.
Hopefully this will hit DVD soon because I really like this movie.

Has anyone tried blowing these up a bit to print and frame? It'd probably look neat, with the vintage B&W look. My only reservations are the white space around them though it's not too bad.

Opening night in Reno, Sept. 1981 - *censored* picture (the previous evening's "Starts Tomorrow" ad was unedited/complete)

Earlier in 1981...February, I think...

First week of June (and the end of 6th grade!) 1981. Also playing at the same drive-in: Alligator, Galaxina and Nice Dreams. Yes, all those on 4 different screens!

One of the most thrilling of double-features! I wish there had been a one-sheet poster made for this:

Not horror, but the drive-in experience wouldn't be complete without these types of features (are they on DVD???):

Brentwood issued a DVD of Pom Pom Girls & The Van as a double feature disc a couple of months ago, as well as some other Drive-In Double Features under the Starlite banner.

I have both of these. I highly recommend The Cheerleaders 3 dvd collection. Awesome 70's sexploitation!

The Pom Pom Girls and The Van are part of the BCI Eclipse Starlite Drive-In series. Each of these double features come with trash trailers and commercials for concession stand junk food.

Those ads fucking rule, wago. Keep them coming!

Dawn of the Dead and Mother's Day??! Whoever thought of that combination is a warped genius.

I have Blood Beach on DVD-R and on VHS, a worn out former rental copy from a video store. Love that movie! When I nominated Burt Young for most grizzled, this was one of the first movies that came to mind.
