Yeah, I don't mind a DVD release - I was just hoping that the next DVD release of Madman would bring with it a release on blu.

But if Madman is not released directly through Code Red, there's still a chance. We don't know much yet.

I'd rather see this on blu too! I was lucky enough to find the AB disc at Virgin Records on a trip to NYC one summer for less than $15. My next upgrade would have to be blu or not at all. I want a better picture and I don't give a shit about extra 10 minute interviews, etc.

I'll buy it since I'm a huge Madman fan. It would be interesting to see the shooting locations if they include them. The campground has been abandoned for years I guess.

I'm happy with Code Red handling this...as long as there is no Forward at the beginning of the flick. Seriously, I love their work, but everytime I hear Furst tell me The Unseen is "really scary; like this: oooo-oooo-ooo" or see Alesia Shirley get whacked in the head with a *ding* sounding axe, I want to shoot myself. It's like I am watching a Troma release. >.>

But....I still love Code Red.

Ever since i sold my Anchor Bay copy a couple of years ago i've regretted it. So i'm happy to hear it's coming back. And i don't think Code Red will sit on this too long. Madman is way too popular among Horror fans and the demand too great for delays or cancellations.

I don't know though...WTF ever happened to Nightmare In A Damaged Brain?

Guys, a Blu-Ray release is kind of a tall order because it's Code Red, they just started. Once the company gains enough money and gets bigger, then maybe we'll get a Blu-Ray release (as well as their other titles).
