I'd not really be effected by them going under. At the same time, you hate to see any of these small companies go under. Troma movies may be fucking weird and stupid, but they pass on better movies (obviously) to put out the shit they want to put out, stuff their audience from day one has wanted. That's commendable to me.
Yeah, not a big deal for me. Couldn't get into Troma. I liked Graduation Day, but that was originally a Columbia production. ~Matt
I don't care as long as someone picks up their catalogue. I'd like to see the old Toxie movies released by someone who cares about quality. As a film studio, I don't think they've produced anything worthwhile since the '80s.
I don't care much about any of their new films. But I would love to know what happens to their film library. They do have what I consider to be a lot of pretty good movies and I hope their library goes to someone who would show more care to them than Brentwood.
