I revisited this film today and I must say, it was much better than I remembered. The movie's style reminded me of The Mutilator plus there were a few neat scenes of blood and "inventive" kills. Not a gore-filled slasher mind you, even though Whodunit was heavily censored when released on VHS in Germany back in the day.
I watched the old Vestron video version but damn, I wish there was a cleaned up print available on DVD. Either way, a little lost gem worth tracking down.

I've always wanted to see Island of Blood. The boy in the water with the totally fake burns intrigued me. :)

Island Of Blood (or Whodunit, as my VHS is titled) is now available on Amazon Prime via FilmRise.

It's crazy some of the titles that have been popping up on Prime lately.

Interestingly, I watched this for the first time but not through Prime recently. I liked it. Totally recommend a viewing.
