Adolph Hitler and Joseph Goebbels were big fans of the film Metropolis (1927), still a great movie, so who cares?

Angelman liked the movie Maid in Manhattan. But that's more of a bad look for Angelman.

Charles Manson was a big fan of the song 'Helter Skelter,' but that doesn't make Charles Manson a bad--no, wait, dammit. Did it wrong.

The Gemini Killer/main antagonist in the movie is also - and rather obviously - based in name at least, on the Zodiac Killer. Doesn't stop me from watching it though. I mean, this isn't Victor Salva we're talking about here.

And didn't Dahmer also have a copy of Return of the Jedi!?! I'm much more offended by George Lucas than anyone else who has been mentioned haha

It's just an odd thing for Ronnie to say because it is something you would expect to hear out of the mouth of a PMRC type person, not a self proclaimed horror fan. There is no rational causal link between Jeffrey Dahmer and Exorcist III. You could just as equally affiliate him to McCormick because he used their spices in the cooking prep of his victims. It's completely illogical.

That was too funny man.....that just brought back miserable memories. My girlfriend at the time made me take her to see this in the theaters. Help my fuck, one of the shittest 2 hours of my life. Couldn't stand those Jennifer Lopez "from peasant to princess" flicks...... so unrealistic. Have you ever seen a maid at a Holiday Inn look THAT fine? Come on. This is America. You look THAT beautiful, the road to success is paved for ya....... Rant over.

Man Shout Factory is fucking killing it lately. I know people shit on them over image quality (and sometimes it's justified) but IMO largely they've really really improved in the past couple years. They keep outdoing themselves on every release. When Phantom of the Paradise came out I was like shit this is probably their best release yet, then Escape From New York came out and I thought that was their best release. Then Army of Darkness came out and then THAT was their best release. Then Return of the Living Dead came out and then THAT was their best release. Now with 2 disc collector's editions of The Thing, Carrie, Exorcist III and Child's Play coming out next month, I can't keep up lol.

Also slightly 'affiliated' to your post: the original EXORCIST has an extra/actor in it who went on to commit the murders Friedkin's CRUISING is based in part on.
