DVD Talk reviews the Blacula double feature: http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/67593/blacula-scream-blacula-scream/
He does the same thing on Julie Darling and Cheerleaders Wild Weekend. "So then you made this bad movie". On Julie Darling he gets way to comfortable saying it and every other sentance is puncuated with "this bad movie/this terrible movie". I won't even listen to the commentaries he moderates anymore because it just gets too uncomfortable. If the actor wants to say the film is bad it's their place but a moderater should be pointing out the films strong points and trying to stir up interesting stories not bashing the film like the nerdy kid in school trying to act tough to fit in with the cool kids.

got my new years evil today. good transfer as always.. I really like the alternate artwork on the disc itself. nice touch.. The featurette is pretty good.. all in all nice package.. but a tad pricey, but all of shout factory's are pricey. but I don't buy that many blurays all year..
What does the alternate artwork look like?

steel 76, here it is....
Bill Olsen is a disease...:fire:
I'm glad it's now in its correct aspect ratio, which is reason enough to upgrade. But I will never be sampling that commentary again. God what an embarrassing disaster that was.
He's a real piece of work. How does he get these jobs anyway? Someone really has to put a stop to this. If you dislike these movies why sit in on the commentaries and why distribute them?
Does he even realize we appreciate what he's putting out? I sure do (I'm serious).
With that, here are the extras for the Carrie Double Feature:
It's sad (due to his attitude towards these films) as he has or had some some pretty decent titles in his possession. If he doesn't give a fuck about them he should give them to companies that do or not even buy them in the first place.
Can someone tel me why I should care about Shout's MAD MAX release. I'm not that thrilled by cleaning up some dirt and a new interview.
Sounds to me like if you have the existing edition, there's not much reason to buy Shout's.
I don't have Mad Max on Blu yet, so I may or may not get the SF disc. It probably boils down to which one is cheapest. I actually like Mad Max more than The Road Warrior, not sure why I don't own the blu already.
How about new interview with Mel Gibson!?
