Like I said, it was a huge flop at the box office!
According to IMDb it only made about $2mil.
I like The Stepfather. Anyone familiar with an older, more obscure film "Scream for Help"? The premise is basically that of The Stepfather. It's pretty cheesy and not very scary, nor is it violent but I dug it.
You better have added that last part at the end! lol
Yeah I remember Scream For Help, especially that one electrocution scene ... but it's been ages though.
Wasn't that one filmed in the UK or something or had a British director? Damn my alzheimers :eek2:
Oh, yeah, I remember "Scream for Help," too.
It actually wasn't bad, but it was more of an early-80s exploitation flick.
Such good movies. But why the sequel on dvd??? Why not the first one first??
Hey that Last Action Hero kid was in part 2 not 3, my bad.
Jerry Blake is soooo fucked up! he hits his "wife" with the phone and tries to kill his "daughter"...sexy scene with Jill Schoelen drying off her hair, looking up and seeing Jerry and he said "Daddy has to talk to you" and she's like "ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!"
And he was actually gonna kill the dog!
I remember...then Stephanie came home. Thank god. Why do u think he was going to do it?
Probably shred him up and make carne asada burritos:evil:
I love both of these movies. In fact, I just ordered a VHS copy of "Scream For Help" and it's one of those cheesy 80s nostalgia movies I'd definitely want to own on DVD. Btw, I own all three Stepfathers on VHS too.
*whistles "Camptown Races" to herself*
Mainly because they're bastards.
Hahahaha! I soooo want a burrito right now. Ohm, but not a doggie burrito.
Here are some pics of STEPFATHER or STEPFATHER releated stuff:

The Stepfather (Jerry Blake)
Scary Jerry angry
Stephanie trying to escape
Scary Jerry with a bloody 2 by 4

Great pics. I always thought Terry O'Quinn looked like Mark Harmon.
Wow, they do look a like, huh?

I always see Scream For Help to rent in video stores... I should rent it.
