Glad to also see "Eliminators" released, even though it´s only on DVD and in a 4 pack.

MST3k XXVII is again packed with Universal/MGM titles along with Slime People which was also released by VCI last month so I'd snatch these up as soon as possible. We don't know how long it'll last.

Whenever MST3k sets go OOP they skyrocket in value and to fill that hole in your collection will mean serious cash.

I am gonna be broke in July! Pre-ordered The Fog, Incredible Melting Man, Cohen & Tate, Knightriders, Kentucky Fried Movie, and The Producers. Will cancel on Knightriders if Arrow ends up having better bonus features on their Region B release. I also have Arrow's Kentucky Fried Movie DVD, so that might be cancelled depending on what kind of bonus material Shout! digs up.

If ever a movie delivered on its title, it's William Sachs' THE INCREDIBLE MELTING MAN (1977), coming to Blu-Ray from Scream Factory. After being flashed by the rings of Saturn, astronaut Steve West returns to Earth only to find his once-human physique dissolving at an increasingly rapid pace, dropping globs of goo wherever he treads. Naturally, the only way to slow his degeneration into an amorphous mess is the consumption of human meat; lucky for him there's a veritable smorgasbord of fat nurses, goofy fishermen and sleazy photographers to munch on. Can the government find Steve and cover their space slip-up before it's too late? A supremely slimy throwback to the sci-fi programmers of the '50s, MELTING MAN features some great fx work from a young Rick Baker and a surprise appearance from Rainbeaux Smith as a reluctant skin model. No word yet on what extras Shout have lined up.

Takes the same time to go to Shout´s website as to write this sentence...
Takes less time to go to Shout´s website than to wait for an answer...

I posted this in the other thread, too -- but just found out one is a blu, so added it here. In case they didn't announce enough stuff for July, Shout also have several super-cheap Western 4-packs coming!

Spaghetti Westerns (Shout Factory) includes A Pistol for Ringo, The Return of Ringo, Ringo: Face of Revenge, and Shoot, Gringo... Shoot!
    DVD: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...eASIN=B00C81AW66&linkCode=as2&tag=cinema09-20

MORE Spaghetti Westerns (Shout Factory) includes Blood for a Silver Dollar, 10,000 for a Massacre, 7 Dollars on Red, and A Bullet for a Stranger
    DVD: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...eASIN=B00C81AWHA&linkCode=as2&tag=cinema09-20

Timeless Westerns (Shout Factory) includes Butch & Sundance: The Early Days, The Last Hard Men, Rio Conchos, and Take a Hard Ride
    Blu: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...eASIN=B00C81AW8E&linkCode=as2&tag=cinema09-20

I thought their Django releases were pretty good, so I grabbed the Spaghetti Westerns discs along with the Sci-Fi 4-pack, The Fog, Knightriders, The Incredible Melting Man, and Cohen & Tate. And I still want Kentucky Fried Movie and Heavy Traffic... Too much stuff!

I am so looking forward to this one. I've been searching for a decent DVD for a while now and wasn't going to buy the DVD-R archives version. I love this film!!

Continuing their never-ending quest to refurbish the classics, Scream Factory do up John Carpenter's THE FOG (1980) as part of their Collector's Series! On the eve of their centennial celebration, the California coastal town of Antonio Bay finds an ominous mist rolling in, bringing with it a series of ringing phones, honking cars, and, uh... leper ghost pirates who won't think twice about poking you with the pointy end of a fishing gaff. They're out for revenge over the purposeful sinking and plundering of their sailing vessel, the proceeds of which built a certain seaside town 100 years prior...

An atmospheric, old-school scare story spiced up with some '80s-style bloodshed (a decapitation here, an impalement there), THE FOG features a fun cast of Carpenter regulars (Adrienne Barbeau, Jamie Lee Curtis, Tom Atkins) and great photography by Dean Cundey (including some amazing, pre-CGI practical shots of the titular stratus), both serving to elevate what could've been a misfire in lesser hands. (See the pointless 2005 remake for proof. Or better yet, don't) Final specs haven't been announced, but given Shout's track record, I think it's safe to assume this'll be the definitive issue.

I'm down with The Fog & Melting Man. Wouldn't mind having Cohen & Tate if it's the uncut version with the extra gore that can be found on youtube.
