    Holy Toledo!

    $53,807,379 opening weekend.

Almost everything James Wan is associated with has done well.

Wow, and the movie “only” had a $22 million budget. :)

People still love spooky stuff :D

Saw this last night and was really disappointed with it. It could have been so great but it just wasn't. The setting also should have oozed and uncomfortable, unsettling and creepy feeling but it just isn't there. The characters were pretty one dimensional and and bland and the Nun was bearly in it. I was also totally disappointed with how they tried to tie it to the Conjuring movies, not that it matters anyway as I don't plan to add it to my collection. I will say it isn't nearly as bad as the first Anabelle though.

Got the DVD and thought it sucked boring as all hell this was easily the worst conjuring universe film. Also got Happy time Murders I freakin thought that was way more fun even though that movie is bad too.

For about the first 20 minutes, I was like, hey this isn't so bad! Then... zzzzzzzzz. I'd agree it's the worst of the series, but Annabelle is no gem either.

The Happytime Murders is the Voldemort of movies, as my car was totaled by some idiot on the way home from the theater last August.

I enjoyed it, though I had low expectations going in. It's the best Hammer film not made by Hammer imo.

I 'm not a fan. Saw it in the theater. I thought it was just a collection of scenes cribbed from other , better movies .
