    So... the Theatrical cut has footage not seen in the Director's cut?

    Still can't make my mind up on which version to buy...

    Went ahead and got the standard version. I just couldn't justify spending that extra $30...

    I have the old snapcase DVD of the theatrical cut, so I'll just swap it with the DVD in the combo pack for easy access.

    Good call! If I had the original DVD I would have debated getting the expensive set. I do want the extras disc, but that is a lot to pay! I don't have the original film, so I wanted a copy of both.

    The theatrical Decker ending is cool but I appreciate Barker's original ending which is the same as his novel. It has a lot more emotional drive for me.

    #3,793 here. Came in from Amazon packaged together with the Vincent Price Collection which was nice of them since I had ordered them separately (not to mention months apart). I've never seen Nightbreed or any of the VP films before, so its gonna be a exciting week of horror watching for me.

    Order placed July 8th. After emailing Amazon twice! It's finally shipped. Estimated 12th Nov.
