What percentage of the pre-orders do you think are people buying multiple copies to scalp on Ebay?

I just did a quick search on Ebay, and the Fright Night Blu is going for $100 easy…with even days of bidding left. That’s quite the profit.

    I wonder if I shouldn't buy one more...hmmm.

Think they will do a limited run of signed copies like they did for FN?

What makes everyone think this will be as popular as Fright Night? Good luck to those looking to cash in on extras, it could happen, but it's not a given like FN was. Fright Night is just way more popular than NOTLD 90.

I'm on the fence and leaning toward skipping this one. I watched the dvd recently and it looked great upconverted, and there's only a handful of long shots that should be noticeably better. Most is mid range to close and looked good enough IMO.

Of course I reserve the right to ask anyone ordering extras for a nice horrordvds member price down the road if this does go crazy and reviews say I fucked up by not getting it.:)

I don't think it'll sell out like Fright Night but surprisingly Journey to the Center of the Earth has already sold out well before As Good As It Gets (which is still available). Mysterious Island took a surprisingly long time to sell out considering it's Ray Harryhausen.

I've ordered my copy of NotLD to secure my precious precious fridge magnet collection. I'll hold off on Enemy Mine until there's another sale or something. I don't see that one moving any time soon.

Got my order in earlier for NOTLD, along with Enemy Mine.

If this has sold 1100+ already, this is very likely going to sell out well before the release day.

Glad it was not limited to a 1000 or you would have missed out. I would have been the first to say you snooze you lose. Been wondering where you were most of the day.

Makes sense to me. Sounds like these won't be around for very long.
