Unless they confirm it's a different master than the Twilight Time release, I'd wait for reviews and hold onto the Umbrella Blu-Ray, if you have it.

I would definitely wait also to know for sure... the Umbrella Blu-ray is good enough for me currently. If it's just the same TT color timing, they can forget about it.

The Umbrella release will do for me as well. Unless they can somehow reassemble the director's cut in a presentable manner, I'm probably done purchasing this movie.

I would only purchase this, if they could include the director's cut.

I remember Twilight Time's excuse was that they just used what they got from Sony. I remember people being pissed because it was like Twilight Time wasn't even a movie fan. Like they didn't even watch the movie and were only interested in selling limited print runs like many companies out there these days. But anyway, I did see a version in HD a few years ago on demand and it wasn't the Twilight Time version. And it wasn't dark / overcast during the early scenes. So there are different versions of the movie in HD. Plus, there is that version released from a member that used to come here which is the version to own.

In spite of the color difference I like how there is more picture info in most of those Twilight Time caps.

Sony is late to the game with this release. The Umbrella release will do for me, I also have the TT.
