Since this entire thread is based on Cooperkill's opinion why shouldn't Open Water, Prom Night, Last Wave, etc be on that list? They wouldn't be on mine but I didn't make the list.
Give they guy a break for stating his opinion.

Cant´see why he thinks this movies are underrated/neglected as they have a huge fan base and cult status....

    - Ticks
    - The People Under the Stairs
    - Halloween III: Season of the Witch
    - The Toxic Avenger Part II
    - Halloween II (2009)
    - The Willies

It is his list and it is his opinion and if he chose to share it with us we have more than the right to place our comments.
Nobody has been rude or anything like that to the guy, but since he shared his opinions we are sharing ours.

Besides, what´s the point of starting a thread if no feedback was to be given.

They're on my list because I think they suck. You might think they're fun. I don't.

I'll post my Top 113 soon. Trust me, you won't like it. It'll be different than your list.

So? Spider-Man 2 is a modern classic. You might not think so, but you're certainly in the minority: http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/spiderman_2/

Every horror movie I've seen is on my site, but none are as bad (to me) as the movies I listed.

I'm with Ash on this one. I think Cooperkill is a really cool dude, but I enjoy most of the movies listed above.

Not a fan of The Willies or Toxic Avenger II but I like the other ones quite a bit.

So movies like the original Prom Night and Death Proof made this list but movies like The Fog remake didn't? Ooooooook, well, reading various opinions are the reason I come here, I guess.

    That's what I meant.

I don't think most people hate it. It gets better with re-watches but I still think the sequel (which itself took a few viewings to get into) is superior.

I almost mentioned that in my reply- did Cooper completely forget 98's Phantom of the Opera?

Actually, I think the majority opinion on that is still in the negative. But that gets so much better every time I watch it. It's a very good movie.

As for Rob Zombie's Halloween II, most people hate it. But the people who think it's great think it's an utter masterpiece. As in, one of the best horror films of the last 20 years. Top 5.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but dude getting butthurt when people disagree with your thread, and statements like "ive seen 2700 blah blah" you lost me man.

What are you talking about? Someone accused me of seeing only 500 movies, so I stated the actual amount I've seen. Other than that I've merely stuck up for my own opinions or commented on some truly warped posts from the few who can't discern fact from opinion.

This is like a list of movies that are a lot of fun to me. Thanks for putting them up there because you've got me thinking of watching a lot of these over again. To me, this is a great list of outre horror films, and that's what I really groove on.

Your are confusing stuff, one thing is a movie that has a great critic and public score, other is to consider it a classic.

Popularity does not equal cult classic... far from that!
You may like it, but trust me, it is not a classic.
