Already own Waxwork 1 and 2. Might Get Prom Night 3 and 4. Now if only Prom Night 2 came out on DVD, I would have all of them.

Prom Night 2 is out on DVD, it's a Canada only release, but it's quite easy to import cheaply.

Anyone in Canada find this at their stores yet?

A couple of weeks ago at Wal-Mart, I picked up Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Invasion of the Body Snatchers (with Jack Bauer's dad and Mr. Spock), and The Rachel Papers for $4.88 each.

And not long before that, I picked up "Renegade" (the western based on Moebius' Blueberry graphic novels) for $5.50.

They've been having some pretty decent deals lately.

Trash-mart here I come. I normally don't set foot in one, but for titles like those at prices like this I may have to make an exception.

They don't have this sale on in Canada. At least not in my area. I was just at Evil-Mart yesterday, and didn't see any of these titles, or any new sale. Although they did have a two-pack of the Masters of Horrors (Cigarette Burns and Witch House) for $19.53 CAD.

  9. Hey MorallySound, did you ever get someone to pick you up a copy of The Brood? If not I'm going to my local Walmart on Saturday and can try to get you a copy....let me know.

Prom Night 3 is the crappy TV edit so if you have the VHS hang onto it.

This is from the other thread I started on this..

    Is Fear/Parents worth a shot?

  13. I've never seen Parents, but I love Fear. I bought the DVD for that movie alone....it's supposed to be full frame but they are both widescreen and Fear didn't look bad at all transfer-wise.

A buddy and I rummaged through everything they had, but the only two things I left with were Killer Klowns from Outer Space and Blow Out.
