Damn it Zbinks. I swear you must have updates transmitted straight to your brain, this just popped up and you beat me to the punch... again.
And yeah ALLLLLL over this one. All over it.
zbinks is the man!!! LOL.
obviously no one ever saw this one, unless it was seen at a theater as they claim it's never been released to home theater, so has anyone ever seen this at the theater? And if so is it any good?
I'm friends with the owner of Garagehouse Pictures and I watched his 35mm print at his home theater a couple years back and I can say it is an enjoyable little film.
It had definitely had at least one theatrical showing when it first came out as it premiered in Champaigne, Illinois on Aug 2nd, 1968, and Exhumed Films/Garagehouse Pictures had showed it back in 2014 since they had the print but until this new Blu-ray it has never been released on any home format.
I will probably get this one 60's devil worshipper films were usually pretty funny
Hilarious!! Zbinks be da man!!!! Angelman - everytime you think you beat him - you don't. This just never gets old.

Watched The Satantist last week and while it's definitely a unique piece of sexploitation there's not a whole lot to it. The story is paper thin and all dialogue is entirely narrated, there's like 5 or 6 scenes that comprise the whole movie (which runs just over an hour), and it's basically just a nudie strip/dance film with an occult spin. As something to put on at a party in the background it's visually cool, but that's about it. I also re-visited Sisters in Leather, which I'd seen before, which is personally the more enjoyable of the two movies.
