Well blu-ray burners are cheap now as well as BD25's, BD50's are still a little expansive though, and any printer will print the covers, I think there is a free program called undercoverXP or something like that and it does a pretty good job, for the discs you would need a printer that can do them, not many can, all our Teams artwork is all professionally done, but I do all the disc printing.

I was right, this is the program I mentioned above,

Your wife won't let you watch movies in the living room or the bedroom?

That's is what's so great about 2015. I have my choice of phone viewing, tablet viewing, or TV viewing with the wireless headphones.

I got the boxset a few months ago, but I'm just now cracking into it. Missed last month because I was in California. I've been watching one per night over the past week or so. Up to part VIII tonight. Kind of wish I had landed a better movie for the actual date, but eh, what can you do?

I had previously owned the Crystal Lake To Manhattan boxset and the individual blu-rays of the first three movies, so all the Deluxe Edition extras on parts IV - VIII have all been brand new to me.

Wow, I really loved seeing the treasure trove of outtake gore footage from The Final Chapter! Too bad they don't have this stuff for all the films. The alternate ending was a nice addition as well.

And even though it was just a goofy little fluff piece, the "Makeover By Maddy" featurette with Elizabeth Kaitan and Diana Barrows on The New Blood made me ridiculously happy. I love Robin and Maddy.

Really enjoying this set, glad I finally came around and upgraded. The packaging doesn't annoy me as much as I thought it would. I had already seen the first three on blu-ray, but I thought A New Beginning in particular looked especially nice in hi-def.

I finished my way through the set Friday and thought it was well worth it despite already owning most the films in HD. I had no issue viewing JGTH on VUDU so I'm happy with the set.

Why is this set still so damn expensive? I assumed it would have come down a lot by now but it still seems to be around the $80/$90 mark.

There's a lot of Warner Blu-ray releases that have been out 2 or more years, and have just never really come down from their high prices.

I've been waiting on The Outsiders.

Got this for $60 a while back. Great purchase. Thought I'd hate the packaging, but I don't mind it at all.

I kind of assumed all the send backs from people with damaged tins might have been a reason for the high price not budging. Very annoying.
I remember seeing it drop down to that but I didn't jump on it at the time.

That might explain why Amazon seems to have stopped carrying the set, altogether. All of their new and used listings seem to be from 3rd party sellers.
