I see it pop up on Diabolik from time to time, and I have been tempted, but I never pull the trigger. If I remember correctly it’s always around $70. That always seems just too damn expensive especially for a book dedicated to one person. I’m sure it’s a great book though. By the way, my favorite Naschy is Horror Rises from the Tomb.
I think his best films, from a filmmaking standpoint, are Human beasts and El Caminante. I like most of his films, maybe Night of the Werewolf (1980) is my favorite. Naschy was the man.
Despite being a huge Naschy fan I still haven't voted in this poll. Picking a favorite is hard as hell. A lot of American horror films show contempt for the audience and subject matter. But Naschy's affection for the genre is always apparent. I enjoy all of his films.
Night of the Werewolf; difficult decision especially with so many choices. I agree we need more Naschy films released.
