    I have a soft spot in my heart for part 3 because it was the first Child's Play movie that I saw. I remember watching it on a rich friend's big screen tv in fifth grade... it was magic. :D

    The Best was Bride of Chucky

    # 2 is Seed of Chucky, which i saw Sunday.

    # 3 is Child's Play.

    The first film is the best, followed by Bride... haven't seen Seed yet. :)

    You guys might think I'm nuts but I actually enjoyed Child's Play 3 quite a bit, maybe it was the setting, like seeing all those uptight military assholes get killed that thrilled me or just the brutal big fan death that chucky got in the end, it's a gem in my opinion, VASTLY superior to Child's Play 2...Ronny Yu's Bride is my all time fav though!
