That ain't it, 2006 is the year of EURO CINEMA.PERIOD. :D

Anyways, I love Duccio Tassari. I've only seen one film by him, and damn is it a masterpiece. No Way Out.

CP, trust me, you'll love the film. It has great action, acting, storyline, and some cool blood that even satisfied me, which as you know, takes alot :D. It's a brilliant revenge movie. Alain Delon is the lead, which is pretty cool.

It has an ending that will get you in the guts. They play this crime film like a giallo, in the fact that the film relies alot on the murders. I saw this in 35 mm scope at QT6.

Japan has released it on DVD, with english audio. But I have yet to get the Japanese Dvd yet.

You will not be disappointed by this film.

No Way Out is A powerhouse of Euro Cinema.

And it's damn expensive!:( No extras and non-anamorphic :(.
But I'll keep an eye on it :).Perhaps another company will release it.

About Puzzle:The Book said that it's a bit of a slow movie.Especially in the first half. But those with enough patience won't be disappointed with an intriguing and bloody finale.

I am very interested! It has even Finnish subtitles! Just wondering, whether the subtitles follow English or Italian soundtrack.

Here's a review for the French release (without English option).
Screenshots look better than those on the Danish site but I don't really know if those are from the actual DVD or from lobby cards (they sure look like that):

    Here's the review (in French):

If you can read and understand French reviews (at least you can post them :D ) and you're interested in watching Tessari's "Tony Arzenta" (which really is good), you might want to check out the French DVD from Pathé. It's way cheaper, I think I paid around €10 for mine from a private seller on amazon.fr.
No English audio but Delon dubs his own voice (I'm pretty sure it was filmed in Itialian) for the French track.

The soundtrack by Gianni Ferrio is nice, too btw.

The release date is pushed back till June 6.
I asked Tony (Xploited) to combine it with Suspected Death... so I will get this at the end of June.

Suspected Death does not look very good.

Now, City of Living Dead and Puzzle by this new coompnay sounds very good. I hope they do a kick ass new transfer for COTLD, waited sometime to buy the best edition.

The reason I think it does not look good, is because the idea of mixing comedy elements into, and plus, the screenshots of the unicycle guy just put me off. I'm really not a fan of Comedy in my italian films.

And there are hardly any reviews on the film to know if it's any good? It's almost like a blind-buy.

Let me know what you think though, CP.
