Wow, those screenshots look amazingly good... and they're not even from the 4K disc!

I received mine a few days ago, and even the new included Blu-ray is a huge improvement over the old editions.

 

Finally put in a order for Zombie and House by the Cemetery on 4k. Looking forward to checking them out.

 

I haven't found a decent price for this yet. Do you mind if I ask how much you paid and where you purchased?

 

Deep Discount, back on the past 15% off sale. It came to about $32 shipped after tax. Not cheap, but the best deal I could find for it at the time.

Kind of surprising it got a Lenticular cover, but maybe that was to make up for the lack of a CD soundtrack with this one. Looks like a solid release regardless.

Looks like a solid upgrade. At least the severe "Teal" grading from the old Blu-ray appears to be fixed now.

 

I thought I'd read that Dead & Buried would be the next 4K release but BU is teasing The Final Countdown as the next in line and it's not scheduled until Spring. I like FC but, dammit, D&B is loooong overdue. If they release The Prowler on 4K, along with FC and D&B, that would make my Blue Underground year.

 

Those are three that I am eagerly awaiting. The Prowler would probably be first for me, but I don't really care which order they release as long as they get the same treatment as the previous 4K/BD combo releases.

 

Dead & Buried and The Prowler are the only two left in their catalog, that I want to upgrade to 4K.

Hope they give them the correct color timing, especially putting back the tint in the night scenes in The Prowler, that the old Blu-Ray was missing.
They better not fuck these up with any Teal crap.

Great to see the CD Soundtrack is being included. I passed on buying the separate release of that one recently...expecting this would probably be the case.

 

I enjoyed watching Final Countdown back in the 80's. I'm not sure how well it would hold up watching it today.

 

I still haven't upgraded my BU DVD, so I am eagerly waiting for this one.
