What are the chances of us getting Halloween 35th anniversary edition, Friday the 13th 4-8, Child's Play 2 and 3 (to tie in with Curse release) and Psycho 2-4 (to tie in with Bates Motel TV series) on blu-ray? Also, on www.halloweenmovies.com it says there's supposed to be a book coming out this fall that covers all 10 Halloween films. What do you think? Will we likely be getting some of these movies on blu-ray this fall?

That would be cool if the Child's Play sequels do come out on blu-ray this year. It's long overdue.

Still hoping for a blu-ray of Dawn of the Dead (1978) with all three versions.

I would say chances of those are actually pretty high. Warner has announced they are doing something with the Friday films, Universal wouldn't let Scream release the Child's Pay films because they planned on releasing their own collection, and I'm sure it was announced that Anchor Bay will be releasing a new edition of Halloween. Psycho I'm not sure about, but I would say chances are pretty good.

I've been waiting for this as well. Someone got the rights to it but no one knows who. Hopefully it gets released this year and is worthy of the long wait.

Here's what I hope for Blu-ray this Fall:

-Halloween 35th Anniversary Edition (with both cuts and new and old extras)
-Phantasm (with the uncut Phantasmagoria documentary and all US MGM and Anchor Bay extras)
-Child's Play 2 (fully loaded Special Edition)
-Child's Play 3 (fully loaded Special Edition)
    -Friday The 13th Parts 4-10
    -Or:
--2 Friday The 13th Box sets each containing 5 films of the original series
--Freddy Vs Jason 10th Anniversary set (containing all F13 and ANOES films. Crazy idea I know! :p)

My biggest wish would be a Don May issue of HALLOWEEN with great, rare, precious, never-before-seen extras. In a perfect world, that is.

Possibly my favorite vampire film. An excellent blend of horror and humor.

I DVRed this off one of the Cinemax channels maybe a week or two ago.

HD and widescreen. I think the DVD is fullscreen only, if I'm not mistaken.

Hopefully we're getting the Milestone release of The Phantom of the Opera this Fall. It's been delayed for a couple of years now!

Some Hammers should be on their way soon too from First Look so I'd imagine they'll hit this fall was well.

A blu ray equivalent of Anchor Bay's Ultimate Edition from a while back would be great indeed. I'll even go a bit further and wish for the score to be included as well, a bit like Anchor Bay did with the Suspiria limited edition DVD of 2000.

That's what I'm hoping for as well. Dawn is 35 this year, so what better time to release this? I have the Argento cut on blu-ray from Austria, however the quality is far from reference but it'll due for now. I'm still loving my Zombie: Dawn of the Dead Perfect Collection Laserdisc that arrived a couple of weeks ago.

As mentioned earlier, a Friday and Child's Play box set is very likely this year. Amityville 2 (In a trilogy box set) and Demons (Along with Demons 2) have already been announced. I believes so has the single release of The Birds. Slumber Party Massacre doesn't sound like it will happen, as Cliff has stated several times the materials just aren't there. As for Silent Night Deadly Night, that doesn't sound very likely either. Anchor Bay had the chance to release it with the remake and instead just re-released the DVD. I imagine if they were going to do it, they would have released it then.
