Finally. Been holding off on a few titles. I think I'm gonna pick up:

    Big Trouble in Little China
    Shivers
What Have You Done to Solange?
    Tenebrae
    Society
    The Killing + Killer's Kiss

This combined with the Criterion sale is gonna leave me broke.

I also heard somewhere that Arrow is discontinuing booklets in subsequent pressings of their titles. Does anybody know which titles are starting to lose the booklets?

On the pace I'm on, I will only live once but not long enough to watch the growing stack of discs at my place. Seriously, I have an insane job and a 6 year old. They look good on the shelf though.

I'm with you there buddy. I think buying movies has turned into like collecting baseball cards, Just there to look at on the shelf.

Drew Carey, when he was doing standup, used to do a bit about intentionally running stop signs in the rain just to make the cop get out of his car. And he closed the bit with a great line: There's no point in making the money if you can't have fun spending it.

I exercised some restraint, what with the Criterion sale looming:

    EATEN ALIVE

Just a bump, sale ends noon in the UK. For those of us stateside, I think that translates to 7AM on the east coast, 4AM Pacific. I limited my purchases to

    Audition
    Shivers
    Society

I went nuts on this one. I was waiting a while for this sale. I picked up

    Big Trouble in Little China
    Society
    Black Sunday
    Spirits of the Dead
What Have You Done to Solange?
    Cemetery Without Crosses
    The Killing + Killer's Kiss

And with my rewards points I pre-ordered The Hills Have Eyes for like $15.

I'll have to wait it out for the next Criterion sale. The Arrow sale did a number on my wallet.

Shipping was £12 I think. It was included in the order total I mentioned above.
