New Code Red titles are up at http://codereddvd.bigcartel.com/:
Shango, Mutant and Witch ordered.
No Running Scared? It's only $10.10 more to get the 4-pack bundle shipped.
I'd never watch it. As it is I have a backlog of horror discs. Random old action films just don't make the cut.
CODE RED make more deal with Italian company! This time it's Lucio Fulci's Demonic horror DEMON IS LOOSE ! starring Ray Lovelock, Olga Karlatos and Claudio Cassinelli ! Music by the late Keith Emerson ! Coming BLu-ray for 2017!"
Most misleading cover and title change ever? This is Murder Rock, a slasher. Nothing demonic in this one
Silly cover and title. 'Murder Rock' artwork and title please!
lol whoa, that's Murder Rock?! Hahaha had no idea
I find it hilarious how people on FB are defending the misleading cover art and title for Murder Rock.
Well, how about we just re-release movies like Die Hard as Cyborg Apocalypse, and Alien as Lethal Weapon 7 then, with flying werewolf shooting lasers from their eyes on the cover.
Who cares if it misleading or not

Note: Judging by the comment section, this is a separate release and not a reversible sleeve for The Demon is Loose. It's not yet clear whether there will be any differences between the two releases other than cover artwork.
I feel like Bill is quite confused about this and potentially doesn't realise the films are the same because none of this makes any sense to me.
The Murder Rock cover is much better than the Demon is Loose cover. Also people will know what film they are getting.
Man, Mutant looks... I don't know. There is definitely increased detail for the most part, and I don't doubt that the scan is 4K... but with what looks like a hefty dose of some form of DNR added. Things just look very waxy, especially faces and skin, with next to no film grain present.
It's definitely an upgrade over the old DVD transfers, but it now looks more like a digital film than a "film" film.
Thank you for your thoughts on Mutant, Kat. It was the only title in that bunch I was interested in. The DNR is a bit perplexing, especially since this is not something that to my knowledge has plagued Bill's other American titles.
Sad to hear, as that was the only title from the new batch I wanted. I'm still planning on buying it regardless, as I don't own the movie on any format.

Here is what Bill replied about the transfer: http://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.php?p=12706210&postcount=23
I figured that it just came from the licensor that way...

I'm not going to buy the blu ray Murder Rock cover art, it's very offensive & objectifies women. I''ll be going with the Demon is Loose cover art. It's classier.
