I know he just released a bundle, but I hope there's another one on the way soon with some of the previously announced titles. The last two bundles didn't really have anything that interested me. I have all the ones I want, and the last ones I was interested in were Messiah back in October and Nightmare in June. That's only two titles in the last year. Bring on Sweet Sixteen, Shakma, Slaughterhouse Rock, Deadly Dreams, Zombie Nightmare, Spontaneous Combustion, Terror Circus, The Strangeness, etc and I'm there. I'd also be down to upgrade my DVDs of House On The Edge Of The Park and Trick Or Treats, but those were both recent announcements, so I wouldn't expect either so soon.
Nice to see I'm not the only fan of Terror Circus. I've been harping about that one since Bille first made the jump to Blu. I don't know what the hold-up with Sweet Sixteen is - I believe a release date was tentatively set for earlier this year. One thing's for sure: I'd rather have that than *sigh* Night Child...
There's 3 new Blu-rays up on Screen Archives: Retribution Blu-ray Shakma Blu-ray Spontaneous Combustion Blu-ray "These releases are in stock and ready to ship!" ...and thankfully these aren't on his nutty store.
cant sign into the site, I keep getting an error message. I thought this crap only happened for twilight time.
Well, that came out of nowhere. I have all three in my cart, along with Scorpion's Stripped To Kill, but might wait for pay day before pulling the $114 trigger.
Just picked up Shakma. So excited to see that one with a decent transfer and with extras to boot! Not much interest in the other 2, unless Combustion had come with some Hooper input. But I am very excited about the teaming up of Code Red and Screen Archives and can't wait to see what pops up next.
None of those three get my juices flowing. I'm more into the titles from Bill's catalogue that are covered in Nightmare USA or that might have played on 42nd Street.
It's pretty pathetic that I was actually relieved that these were titles that I'm not interested in at all.
Caved in and ordered the Retribution blu, a total blind buy. Didn't care for the other two movies, but it's cool that Shakma is finally out there for the fans. Also had a tough time ordering on that site. Thanks for the heads up, bud!
It looks like the product description were altered slightly. Spontaneous Combustion and Shakma appear to be limited to 3,000 copies, each. Retribution appears to be limited to 2,000 copies.
The Big Cartel store has been updated with a couple of new DVD releases: THIS IS A HIJACK http://codereddvd.bigcartel.com/product/this-is-a-hijack-exploitation-hijack-films-adam-rourke __________ TRIP WITH THE TEACHER + JAILBAIT BABYSITTER http://codereddvd.bigcartel.com/product/trip-with-the-teacher-jailbait-babysitter
Wowie wow! 3 more SAE exclusives coming up!!!: http://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.php?p=10853119&postcount=6434
Wheels of Fire I'm moderately excited about - I kinda dig those post-apocalyptic modified fuel-inefficient car flicks, and it doesn't hurt that the protagonist has that particular brand of 80's studliness (he looks kinda like a burlier Mel Gibson, which is in itself amusing). Second grab is from the Code Red DVD facebook group - looks like Bill has a decent print.
