I was going into MST3K mode the other night watching this. Whether it was the lamest beach party scene ever (they set their towels down right by the water/seaweed and had one hot dog on the grill. Oh boy.)...or the
bathroom cabinet smack-fu thrown on the girl
..or the nasty eggs that Willy was putting in the basket for the girl...

    ...and on and on... :p

    October 3:

    The Ghouls

Return Of The Boogeyman (1994) ... which really sucked btw. The most pointless and annoying sequel I've ever seen.

Godmonster Of Indian Flats (1973) ... this was VERY trippy and VERY wtf?

    The third day of October:

Well I missed out yesterday because I was too tired when I was done with everything I had to do, so I started early today, with something I shouldn't have seen: Alone in the Dark (2005). I knew it was bad, very bad, but still, this was worst than what I though. Just random bitching:

    - I think this is one of the worst soundtrack to an horror movie - the music doesn't fit at all with most of the action, or tries to highlight some supposedly important scene, which are too lame for you to guess they're important
    - that sex scene, coming out of nowhere, with the song totally out of line starting all of a sudden. I'm not agains pointless sex scene in a horror movie, on the contrary, but here, it's just so bad. Reid should have taken a shower instead... That would have been better.
    - So many rip-off in this, I can't even start naming them
    - That ending is just... anti-climactic
    - etc etc etc.

God I hope Bloodrayne is even worst, and then Boll might just die of starvation, and stop make movie.

Anyway, I'll make up later today with Halloween 4 and maybe the Devil's reject

EDIT: Well it's been slasher night, after all - Halloween 4 (as good as I and II I think) and Slumber Party Massacre (not as good... But does have its moments, and its memorable quotes)

Tonight (October 3) I watched DOLLS

I'm having great luck so far with my movies. I saw this one a long time ago and enjoyed it and I still enjoyed this immensely this time around. Funny when it was meant to be and the dolls were excellent. Plus, they managed to find one of the only child actors in Hollywood who was actually likeable.

October 4th: Well I just finished watching Scream 3 and let me say after years of not watching the films they held up really well. I really enjoyed part 3 this go around and I love how everything was linked together. Made for a great trilogy

Tonight, I am cracking open my shiny new Blind Dead Collection and watching Tombs of the Blind Dead. I sure hope I like them, as this is my most costly blind buy ever. I just couldn't help myself.
