They don't skip films, they seek out the elements and do the work which takes time.
Shout (for the most part) take anything as is.
the warning "doesn't ship to US" is just text, it doesn't actually do anything. Amazon UK will still let you get it as normal.
They didn't change their minds, they lied.
The only time they actually couldn't was with Swamp Thing, and it was on Wes Craven- not MGM.
The "MGM say's we can't" is actually a lie from Shout, or it was for The Horror Show.

It's not censored per se, it misses 4 seconds in the opening fight but has all the other violence.
The 35mm version is of the "R rated" cut it's...
Vinegar Syndrome does their HD work, it's not Troma themselves.
Shout can't be trusted.
They have no problem using inferior or SD sources for blu rays.
I have the release it's as good as it'll get. 101's will just be a port at best.
The Grindhouse disc has no DNR though, it's the Arrow done right.

It's the "R rated" version.
Really with Toxie 2/3 I had no idea which of the many "director's cuts" would make it to HD.
probably because of it's TV origins.
expect a Phantasm set next fall.
